Marc Sandroff

Marc Sandroff is an entrepreneurial executive with a 35-year track record guiding organizations and entrepreneurial ventures to successful outcomes.

With his compelling blend of pragmatic management skills, capital markets expertise, and a keen awareness of what drives shareholder value, he painstakingly earned the confidence of his clients alongside the respect of his peers.

He has served in executive leadership roles throughout his career, including principal, chief executive, board chairman, board director, board member, and management advisor.

Along the way, he worked with over 70 operating companies, participated in more than 120 real estate ventures, raised over $2.0B in high-risk capital, and consistently demonstrated his ability to fuel a company’s growth and optimal performance.

Brad Edwards

Brad Edwards spent his entire career playing critical roles in the creation, growth, development, and successful exit of over thirty-five companies.

His early career experience included leading a newly formed corporate venture function in the healthcare industry and transitioning a state-sponsored investment entity into the region’s first private venture capital firm.

Edwards served on numerous boards, both private and public. He served as interim CEO during critical transitions or crises on several occasions, including a five-year tenure as the CEO of an emerging data visualization software firm that brought him to Arizona in 2001.

In his entrepreneurial career, Brad has successfully secured over $200 million in capital via public and private investment sources, and he engineered multiple creative, strategic licensing agreements. Together, these companies created an equity value of over $700 million.

Ken Abrahams

Ken Abrahams is a co-founder of Cadre Partners and Cadre Advisors and is a co-General Partner of Cadre Partners Fund. Mr. Abrahams has been an owner, principal, and investor of multiple successful business enterprises and ventures over the past 40 years.

Before forming Cadre Partners, Abrahams co-founded Diamond Ventures, Inc, one of Southwest’s largest and most successful real estate development and private equity investment firms.

Abrahams directed the firms’ real estate portfolio valued at $1.3 Billion and managed all real estate development activities, including site acquisitions, entitlements, finance, construction, and operations. The real estate portfolio included master-planned communities, residential, commercial/retail, and industrial asset types.
